If a product isn't right for you, email us at haswaecom@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, tell us a little about what didn't work, and we'll issue a full refund.

Technical issues

If your download link doesn't arrive or a file won't open, contact us and we'll get you sorted right away — that's always covered.

Please note

Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase may not be eligible. We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests where the products have clearly been downloaded and used.
